Nana Jo’s grand opening set for Nov. 25
New location, same great food

Nana Jo’s restaurant has reopened in a new location on the west end of La Cygne, and though there are some changes to the menu, the food is still fabulous.
Owner Linda Jo Hisel, La Cygne, remodeled the building at 116 Market St., which formerly housed Second Hand Rose, to fit her needs. She added in a full operating kitchen and purchased new seating for customers. She also added in some of her mother’s furnishings, creating a homey atmosphere.

Congratulations to Wildcat Quiz Bowl members Dexter Small, Brenden Anderson, Cord Dodson, Keaton Herrmann, and Hannah Graybill on winning the National Contest! The team won the Kansas competition in August and traveled to Louisville, Kentucky to compete on the national level this week. They faced Iowa in the final round to win the contest!
